Terms of Purchase & Refund Policy

What You Are Buying
Each level of the Apex Technical Training curriculum is a separate purchase of $700 CAD granting 12 months of online access from the purchase date. Purchasing any new level resets all of your access to a fresh 12 months. A 6-month access extension is available for $250 CAD. Access is personal, non-transferable, and for one student.
This is an online study and exam-preparation resource; it is not accredited by, endorsed by, or affiliated with the Red Seal program, CWB, or any provincial apprenticeship authority, and it does not replace registered technical training or grant any credential.
Access Term
When your 12 months end, access ends. You may extend (6 months, $250 CAD) or purchase the level again (12 months, $700 CAD). Course content is updated over time; access during your term includes updates.
Refund Policy
- Estimator Pathway (founding cohort): this product carries an extended 14-day money-back guarantee. Request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing the address below. The personalized estimator workbook license is revoked on refund.
- For all other products, a refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase, and only if the purchase is substantially unused: fewer than 2 chapters opened, no practice-exam attempts, and no certificate issued.
- Once you have meaningfully accessed the content (2 or more chapters opened, any practice-exam attempt, or any certificate issued), the purchase is non-refundable regardless of date.
- Access extensions are non-refundable once applied to your account.
- Approved refunds permanently revoke access to the refunded level.
- After the 7-day window, all sales are final.
- To request a refund, email registries@apexttt.org from the email on your account with your purchase details.
- We keep records of chapter access, exam attempts, and certificates, and refer to them when reviewing refund requests and payment disputes.
Account & Use
Accounts are personal. Sharing credentials may result in termination without refund.
